SISTER ROSE ORGANICS – AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By applying to and participating in the Sister Rose Organics Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

 

The Sister Rose Organics Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote products using a unique tracking link or code and earn commission on qualifying sales.

2. Commission Structure

 

Affiliates will earn 20-30% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code.

 

Commission is only earned on successfully completed and non-refunded orders

Orders that are canceled, refunded, or disputed will not qualify for commission

3. 90-Day Trial & Performance Review

 

All affiliates begin with a 90-day trial period starting from the date of approval.

 

At the end of the 90 days, Sister Rose Organics reserves the right to:

 

Review performance (sales, consistency, engagement, and content)

Increase, maintain, or decrease commission percentage

Continue or discontinue the affiliate relationship at its discretion

4. Content & Promotion Expectations

 

Affiliates are expected to actively promote Sister Rose Organics products through content creation and marketing efforts.

 

Minimum expectations:

 

2–3 posts per week (minimum 8 posts per month) featuring Sister Rose Organics products

Content should be authentic, creative, and aligned with the Affiliate’s personal brand while showcasing the product

 

Affiliates have creative freedom in how they present content, as long as it includes and promotes Sister Rose Organics products.

5. Sales Performance Expectation

 

Affiliates are expected to generate a minimum of 8–10 sales per month (approximately 2 sales per week).

 

Performance will be evaluated during the 90-day review period

Consistent failure to meet sales expectations may result in commission adjustment or removal from the program

6. Content Usage Rights

 

By participating in the program, the Affiliate grants Sister Rose Organics a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, and use any content created featuring Sister Rose Organics products for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Affiliate Links & Tracking

 

Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link or code.

 

Commission is only paid on sales tracked through the affiliate’s unique link/code

Sister Rose Organics is not responsible for untracked sales due to incorrect link usage or user error

8. Payment Terms

 

Commission payouts will be issued on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as determined by Sister Rose Organics)

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details

Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Affiliate

9. Brand Representation

 

Affiliates agree to represent Sister Rose Organics professionally.

 

The following are prohibited:

 

Misrepresentation of products

False or misleading claims

Spam or aggressive sales tactics

10. Termination

 

Sister Rose Organics reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time due to:

 

Violation of these terms

Inactivity or lack of performance

Failure to meet content or sales expectations

11. Modifications

 

Sister Rose Organics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

By joining the Sister Rose Organics Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
